Encouraging My Heart

Encouraging my heart...
Knowing that God's promises are never broken.

I must look at the bigger picture because with my carnal mind, I am thinking that was the job for me and I would be set. But God is showing me that he has a plan for my life, plans to prosper me and not to harm me. (Jeremiah 1:5 NKJV) "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations."

(Jeremiah 29:11-13 NKJV) For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. {12} Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. {13} And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.

So yes, my carnal mind and heart does ache right now, tears stream down my face as fast like a river that flows to a waterfall with rapid speed. So much has occurred in the past few months that I do become so tired physically, and just when I think I am at the end of my rope, God come in and picks me up when I fall. Jesus ministers to my heart, mind, soul, and spirit, then, I know that no matter what I may face, I know I will never face it alone. Never the less I will continue to praise him even though I may hurt, I know God has not forsaken me, I know Satan is sitting back and laughing at me, but this he does not know, his weapons will not prevail, because I serve a Holy God, and he calls us sons and daughters.
He is worthy to be praised and I shall continue to praise him even when I am not feeling well, even when my heart is broken, and even though, I am weak, I know he is strong.
(Revelation 4:11 NKJV) "You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created."

Continuing to rest in the Lord...

I will continue to rest in the Lord, and sleep in his arms and know that his peace surpasses all understanding. Psalms 37:7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
King David had to encourage himself, and I know we must do the same. At first you don't succeed... try, try again... Well I have tried tried again, but I have realized that this economy is pretty bad and it is very tough no matter where one goes, but I must not lose sight of hope, and not the hope Obama may give, but the hope of Christ. "It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man."
-Psalm 118:8

I have had restless nights, times when I feel like no one knows how I feel, and times when I say, okay God...I ponder upon the words of Psalms...Psalms 69:3 I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.

Then I remember these words...

Psalms 37:34 Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

So my hope, my strength, my peace, my love, my joy is in the Lord, my Savior Jesus Christ, I stand boldly on his word, and I declare that God has a job for me, he has plans to prosper me. I believe that, I have faith, and although, I seem to be feel I am at the end of my rope, I know that is the time God held me and said: Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Psalms 62:5 My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. Psalms 104:27 These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season. Psalms 130:5 I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.

Psalms 130:6 My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.

Proverbs 20:22 Say not thou, I will recompense evil; but wait on the LORD, and he shall save thee.

Isaiah 8:17 And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.

Isaiah 25:9 And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.

Isaiah 26:8 Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.

Isaiah 30:18 And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.

Isaiah 33:2 O LORD, be gracious unto us; we have waited for thee: be thou their arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble.

Therefore....

(Psalms 145:8-10 NKJV) The LORD is gracious and full of compassion, Slow to anger and great in mercy. {9} The LORD is good to all, And His tender mercies are over all His works. {10} All Your works shall praise You, O LORD, And Your saints shall bless You.

(Proverbs 5:21 NKJV) For the ways of man are before the eyes of the LORD, And He ponders all his paths.

(Proverbs 15:3 NKJV) The eyes of the LORD are in every place, Keeping watch on the evil and the good.

(Isaiah 43:1-3 NKJV) But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. {2} When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. {3} For I am the LORD your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place.

I will continue to....

(Psalms 34:14-15 NKJV) Depart from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it. {15} The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry.

(Psalms 100:3 NKJV) Know that the LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.

(Psalms 139:14-18 NKJV) I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. {15} My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. {16} Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them. {17} How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! {18} If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand; When I awake, I am still with You.

Exercise your Faith!!!

Faith: " a belief and trust in and loyalty to God."

When it seems that I am at my lowest point in my life and things do not come together, and life seems to blow me out of the water like a whale sprouting water...I know these are the times when I must gird up my lions. I must place the whole armour of God on to defeat the enemy. I know that God did not promise me a life without trials and tribulations, and I know that he did not promise me all good days, but this I do know, he did promise me eternal life. I must remain strong as Paul, a fighter like Peter, and have a kingdom set mind as King David did when he gave his all to serve God. In Psalm 37:25 King David wrote, " I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread. " I will admit that I bear witness to Psalm 37:25, I know that God will not forsake the righteous and we will not go without because the God we serve is awesome!
That said, it does not mean that we will not endure trials and tribulations, heart ache, heart break, and physical, mental and emotional stress. It means that we must study the word of God in and out season, so that when we are in a season of storms that rage in our life...we can speak the word of God to our situations. "We must have faith!" We all have heard this phrase countless times, but do you ever ponder upon the word " faith?"

You must have a complete trust in God!
Faith is believing in God!

The Merriam-Webster online dictionary states that faith is:
1 a : allegiance to duty or a person : loyalty b (1) : fidelity to one's promises (2) : sincerity of intentions
2 a (1) : belief and trust in and loyalty to God (2) : belief in the traditional doctrines of a religion b (1) : firm belief in something for which there is no proof (2) : complete trust
3 : something that is believed especially with strong conviction; especially : a system of religious beliefs synonyms see belief — on faith : without question

I love definitions #2a (1) belief and trust in and loyalty to God, and (2) : complete trust, 3 : something that is believed especially with strong conviction; synonyms see belief — on faith : without question.

So if I say family and friends have faith, that means that I must believe in God, his holy word, and be loyal to him in everything I do. This means if society is moving to the left, God's people move to the right, God's people are unstoppable, unshakable, unmovable, and are steadfast ready for the fiery darts of Satan, our adversary, God's people do not practice the same lifestyles as the world ( society).

God's people practice faith, they walk in faith and not by sight. "We Walk By Faith, Not By Sight"
2 Corinthians 5:7 God's people know that God's promise is worth more than any gemstone, or precious metal. It is a gift that we can reject or we can accept...what will you do with it???

God's people practice a type of faith which the world has not seen nor heard. God's people are separate from the world, in fact, we have a different walk, a different talk, and although we may struggle, no one will know the extent of our struggle because we rejoice in our struggles, we praise God because we know he will bring us out of our struggles.

Psalms 23: 4-- Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, [a] I will fear no evil,
for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

This verse tells those who are truly walking with Christ, I am not speaking about the Sunday morning Christians, or the Wednesday night and Sunday morning Christians. I am speaking about the Christians who live a truthful walk with God each day, 24-7-365. Even though we may walk through the valley, the key word is "through" which means you are passing through you will not dwell in this land. You shall not fear, your heart shall not be afraid because Jesus your shepherd is with you, and if we think about a Shepherd, he has a rod and a staff to help him protect his sheep. He will give his life to defend his sheep. Jesus did the same with us, he gave his life to defend and protect us so that we may have the opportunity to repent, accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, to confess that he lived and died for us, to be washed of all of our sins and gain the inheritance that Jesus left for us...Eternal Life.

Even though we are going through we must exercise our faith and as we increase our reps in faith, we must continue to study the word of God and hide it so deep in our hearts that we will not sin against God.
Doctors are telling their patients to exercise, it includes weightlifting and Cardio.

Exercise your faith daily!
We are so quick to rush to the gym to keep our appearance and our health up; However, we forget that like our bodies, our faith needs upkeep as well, and this upkeep is exercising our faith.

Exercise your faith as you would exercise reps for your body!

We must continue to praise God although our situation may become worse, we must not give up on God, kick your praise into overdrive! When there seems to be no other way, kick your praise into overdrive and go! Don't stop once you have traveled down the hill and you are in the valley, you must continue to allow your faith to be in overdrive, you have a need to continue, and you must continue, do not stop! If you do you will be like the children of Israel who were in the wilderness for 40 years!

We must remain in the word of God daily, we must activate our faith and continue to live in God's word. We must continue to witness to the lost souls, practice being compassionate, and always be Christ-like. Remember God does not love sin, it stinks to his nostrils and we who are his true soldiers ( his children), we must continue to be like our Father in Heaven. Sin should stink to our nostrils as well, but the times we might stumble, we should always repent, get up immediately, brush yourself off, and continue in God's word. Psalm 37:23-25 states, " 37:23 The steps of a [good] man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. 37:24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth [him with] his hand. 37:25 I have been young, and [now] am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread."

Psalm 37:25 King David wrote, " I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread. "

God's true people rejoice when they enter hard times, it is not the hard times we rejoice, it is what God said he would do, and what he has done, and what we will do for us!
Food for thought, " When the storms in your life are raging against you, and it seems as though you will be tossed out of the ship, remember to have faith, and speak to those storms! Tell those storms how Great is our God, How great is our God and he is much bigger than this storm. Tell the storms they too shall pass, I am just going through, I am not setting up camp, nor I am planning to move in and live here. I am going through, because my God said in Isaiah 40:31 KJV ( Paraphrased)--- "But ( insert your name here) that wait upon the LORD shall renew( insert your name here) strength; ( insert your name here) shall mount up with wings as eagles; ( insert your name here) shall run, and not be weary; and ( insert your name here) shall walk, and not faint."
What does this verse mean??? Let's go to the NIV in plain English for our time. " But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

In closing, remember to kick your faith into overdrive, you are going "through" { "passing"} the valley.
Isaiah 54:17; " No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me," declares the LORD."

Remember...

Exercise your faith!!!! Kick your faith into overdrive!!!! Speak to the storms in faith!!! No weapons again you will prosper!!!!

Yolanda Adams - Already Alright

Kick your Faith into Over Drive!!!!

As I listened to a friend of my during bible study last week, he said, "Why is it that we can pray for others, have a strong faith to break all of the strongholds of the devil, but we can no do the same for ourselves?"

I pondered upon that question and throughout the past few weeks, Satan has been very busy in my life, creating havoc and chaos where he can, and I was so upset, hurt, and feeling blue. I thought about the question a friend of mine asked our bible study group and I thought...wow!!! Be of faith...Have a God-like faith, Step out on faith, and step out on spiritual waters. The Holy Spirit had been speaking to me the entire time throughout the weeks of trials, and finally I understood... that I was going through trials... you see I gave my third sermon last month, and one of my favorite childhood pastors told me that God had confirmed me in the ministry, and that God was taking me to another level in my faith. He said walk with God sister, hold on to his hand and what ever you do...do not let go! Have faith!

The Holy Spirit began to bring those words that Pastor Ruff spoke to me back to my memory, and I began to stand firm, and I began to feel the boldness of God come over me, and the Holy Spirit began to speak to me, he said, " Beashua, in John 15:7 it states "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you."
You have authority over your circumstamnces! You serve a God that can not lie, You serve a God that is mighty, he is powerful, and he shall always prevail. He is all power and Satan only has power if you allow him to in your life.

When we go through trials, we are moving up in our faith...God is moving us to a higher level of faith, Yes our trials will come but if we remain in the word of God and we call things that are not, as though they were, we have the authority of Jesus to tell those things that are not in line with the word of God to ship up or ship out! That means we can say, body, get in line with the word of God, finances get in line with the word of God, Spouse and or children get in line with the word of God, job, get in line with the word of God... whatever you need God is there, all you need to do is ASK! You do not have, because you do not ask God." James 4:2, part c.

But... look here:
" Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete. " John 16:24, and Matthew 7:7-8 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Here are Scriptures to back this up!

Matthew 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

John 14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

John 16:23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.

1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

1 John 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.

1 John 5:14-15 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Alrighty then.....

Some people may say, oh that is too simple, it is easier said than done.
Well... what do we say to that comment... WRONG ANSWER!

Why is it simple to say these things????

Because if you are a true born-again believe of Christ, you have repented of your sins, and you know without a shadow of a doubt that Jesus is a way maker, and you are living , truly living for God, and you are living with his will for your life...Not your will but God's will...
Jer 29:11 (NIV) "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Jesus will do the same things such as healing the blind, healing the woman with the issue of blood, healing the lame man, casting out demons, and many more miracles that he performed then... he will do today, because Hebrews 13:8 states that " Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." That is the proof, the proof is not in the pudding, the proof is not in your disbelief, your families disbelief, nor is it in your doubt or fear.
1 John 4: 18 states, " There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love."
You shall not fear my sister or brother!!!!

You should rejoice, Praise God for your break through!!!

In James 1: 2-6 , it reads, Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds,
because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

An often quoted scripture is Romans 4:17, "(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were." Note that God, it says, "makes alive the dead, and calls those things that be not, (are not in existence yet,) as though they were already in existence.

Remember in Genesis, God said, " Let there be Light!!!" { Before there was any light!} [ Genesis 1:3]
And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.

God called things that are not as though they were and they came into existence.

Are you all ready to wade in the water?????

Let us go deeper....

Ephesians 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

Philippians 4:6-7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

James 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

Now....that God is going trouble the water....

Let us step out on faith... What I am going to reveal to you is what a friend of ours, Pastor Xaiver Griffin said... " Jesus told Lazarus to Come Forth!!!" Jesus spoke to Lazarus, and even though Lazarus had been dead a few days...Jesus spoke using faith.
…he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.
And he that was dead came forth… Then many of the Jews
which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did,
believed on him. But some of them went their ways to the
Pharisees, and told them what things Jesus had done"
(Jn. 11:43-46)

You see faith without works is dead! James 2:26 states:
"For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also."
James 2:17, "Even so faith, if it hath not works is dead, being alone."
1 Thessalonians 1:3 "Remembering without ceasing your work of faith..."
Matthew 7:20 reaffirms this by stating: "Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them."

Jesus not only warned us about false prophets in this verse, he also explained what we as followers in Christ should look for. Our fruits are our works!
James 2:19 continues:
"Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe and tremble."

We can have faith in Jesus, but we must show our works and that is we must show that we are followers of Jesus.
According to an article I read on Hub Pages, Tennisandgirl stated, " We can have faith in Christ but our works show that we are followers of Christ. Even the devils have faith; James tells us; in God. They know Him more than we do. The difference is they don't show faith, they show fear by trembling. Are we fearful or faithful? James 2:20 states... "But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?" This verse is pretty straight forward. I would like to point out this is the second time James uses the phrase, "Faith without works is dead." Once as a statement and once as a question. I know when I am at church if we continually have the same lesson topic I need to pay attention because I obviously missed something the last time or two. Look for this statement in the verses to follow."

Now that we have learned more...

This what you need to tell yourself, and you need to tell the devil when he and his demons try to terrorize you.... You simply rebuke him. Matthew 16:23, states " Jesus turned and said, "Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men." Zechariah 3:2, states, " The LORD said to Satan, "The LORD rebuke you, Satan! The LORD, who has chosen Jerusalem, rebuke you! Is not this man a burning stick snatched from the fire?"

You also need to tell Satan, and all of your circumstances....
"No weapon that has been made to be used against me will succeed. I will have an answer for anyone who accuses me. This is the inheritance of the LORD's servants. Their victory comes from me," declares the LORD. Isaiah 54:17---
I am more than a conqueror through Christ who loves me! I am not defeated, the devil can not claim victory over my life, he can not prevail because God is Jehovah Jireh, He is my provider!
Romans 8:37-39, states, 8:37 No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither
death, nor life,
nor angels, nor principalities,
nor things present, nor things to come,
nor powers,
8:39 nor height, nor depth,
nor any other created thing,
will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Rejoice! Praise God, the victory belongs to God!!!
1 Corinthians 15:57 states, But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Take that devil! I am a child of the most High God, El Elyon!!! He is never defeated, I do not have to fight my battles! The battles do not belong to me, they belong to the Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glory be to the name of God!!!!!!!!!!! Glory be to the name of Jesus!!!!!!!!!!

Jesus is on the main line and I will call him up and tell him what I want!!! His line is never busy, I tell him what I want, He has provision, he provides for his people, he has healing, call upon the name of Jesus, have faith!!!!! Because faith without works is dead!!!!!!!!! Praise God! Oh how I love Jesus!!!!

Satan can tremble under my feet where he belongs, he does not belong to walk the same grounds that I a child of God, a daughter/ son of God, a child of the King of Kings, Lords of Lords walks. He belongs under my feet, and I shall not fear, perfect love casts out fear! For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7, " I live by faith, not by sight." 2 Corinthians 5:7

You are a bold son or daughter of the most high God, now use your inheritance... the word of God!!! You must use the scriptures, don't just read it, apply the scriptures to your life!!!!!!! That is faith!!!!!

Have a blessed day Saints!!!!!

GOD KNOWS YOU AND HE HAS A PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE

Speak God's Word into Your Life! :-)

Speak God's Word into Your Life! :-)

The word of God is full of powerful scriptures, but when we are going through things sometimes we are so quick to forget that God is our refuge!!! We must think...God is for me, nothing can be against me. I speak life into my situation!!!
I personally have been going through some things and God showed me that he will receive all glory and all power. I need to stop looking at things in a carnal mind set, and have a God-like faith!!! God will fight my battles, victory is his today!!!

When we step out of faith, Satan will try to stop us, he will place every stumbling block in our way, but we must continue to press on, press forward, and march Christian soldiers. God did not call us to sit and cry when our problems look bad, oh no... and I have been guilty of that, but God told me... " Pray the solution and not the problem." He told me to get up, and speak life into my situation, he told me to be bold, steadfast, and unmovable!!!

A song writer wrote these words, " The Lord will make a way some how!"
Yes he will make a way, that is what builds our faith. Faith is believing what you can not see, and it is knowing although things may look blink...I must stop looking with my carnal eyes, kick my praise into overdrive, and be still and know! We must remember that part...Be Still and know that He is God. God does not need our help, so it is okay, it is perfectly fine if you move out of his way and allow him to move in your life!!!

Speak life into your life... how??? The scriptures of the word of God....
For example, I have been speaking these scriptures over my life...
I am a believer. All things are possible to me. (Mark 9:23)

I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13)

The Lord is the strength of my life. (Psalm 27:1)

I am strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. (Ephesians 6:10)

Greater is He that is in me than he (the defeated one), that is in the world, (who is the author of sickness). (1 John 4:4; Acts 10:38; Luke 13:16)

I am an overcomer and I overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony. (1 John 4:4; Revelation 12:11)

No weapon formed against me shall prosper, for my righteousness is of the Lord. (Isaiah 54:17; 1 Corinthians 1:30)

There shall nothing evil happen to me, neither shall any plague or sickness come near me. (Psalm 91:10)

I say these words with boldness, and I am steadfast and I do believe that God will make a way in my life, and he will do the same for you!!!

O taste and see that the LORD is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! Psalm 34:8

Now, If I say I am praising God, than that means my faith must be strong... Hebrews 11:1-3.

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. 2 This is what the ancients were commended for.

3 By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.

In bible study tonight, Pastor Griffin said, "Sometime we have more faith that if someone calls us and tells us that they are coming to visit us at a certain place and time, we have faith that this person will be there at this certain place and time... Why is it that we do not do the same with God???"

I thought about that and I said, "God, I must increase my faith, my walk with you is vital to my life!" Satan has tried to attack me in every way he can since I have stepped out on faith, and have been working within God's will for my life.
My husband was recently saved, what a blessing!!! and I know God has a purpose, and I stand boldly on his word!!! Satan has been trying his fiery darts more since my husband has totally gave his heart to God, but, as I hear children say...God has my back!!! He is my strong hold, and he is my fortress!!!!
But I do not fear, why? 1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love.
I have the whole amour of God on!!!!

( Ephesians 6: 10-18)

10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

My sisters in Christ... there is nothing to fear, regardless of our economy, regardless of our president, regardless of our nation or the world, regardless of the present or the future... the perfect love of Christ casts out all of your fear. Satan wants to torment you with fear, he wants you to be afraid, but rebuke him, tell him to get behind you, tell him that he is under your feet! You are God's daughter and your faith in God is a force to be reckoned with! Satan can not handle you, nor can he handle your faith, you are a mover and a shaker within God's word, Your faith is strong, and you are a powerful woman of God!!! :-)
During Donnie McClurkin's Valley of God sermon... he said, " Baby you are a demon chaser!!! Satan is afraid of you, he and his demons tremble when they hear your name, they know when you come that you come in the name of Jesus to break down every stronghold Satan has tried to build, but you have the power in the name of Jesus to cast them out!!!!" You have the authority of Jesus, now speak life sister! :-)

I will take Donnie McClurkin's quote and say, baby, you are a demon slayer, the armor of God is mighty, your praise, your prayers, your meditation of God's word, and so much more are weapons of warfare!!! Satan can not handle the truth because baby, you worship God in spirit and in truth!!! John 4:24, "God is a Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth."

Satan is afraid of you, that is right, he is afraid of you, he wants to wreck havoc upon your life because he fears your anointing, and he knows that God has a plan for your life.

God's plan are to heal us, he wants to raise us up, he wants to take us to a new level in faith. Sisters, God is ready to work in your life if you allow him. Be Strong!!! Have Courage!!! God is with you!! :-)

Joshua 1:9 (New International Version)9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."

Finally, Be Strong in the Lord!!! The joy of the Lord is your strength! Nehemiah 8:10

Be Blessed & be a blessing!!!! :-)

Introduction
God's will is for you to be healthy!

The Bible reveals that healing and health is His will for you.

God is a Healer and He has already made provision for your healing. Psalm 107:20 says that His Word will bring healing. So does Proverbs 4:20-22. And God's Word will never pass away or lose its power.

Jesus taught in Mark 4 that the Kingdom of God works like a person planting a seed; and the seed is the Word of God (Luke 8:11). God's Word has a supernatural quality. It is full of life (1 Peter 1:23). Like a seed, it may not appear to be alive, but it is.

The statements from God's Word on the following pages are full of God's power. They are God's medicine for you. Take them regularly without becoming impatient. They will take root in you and eventually bring forth a harvest of health.

If symptoms persist -- double the dosage.

JESUS LOVES YOU!
Scripture Confessions For Healing And Health
SPEAK ALOUD!
(Obtain more results by speaking these more often.)
Jesus is my Lord. God raised Him from the dead. He was my substitute. He is my Saviour; satan has no power over me. Jesus is my Lord. (Philippians 2:11; Romans 10:9-10)

I serve the One Whose Name is, "I Am the Lord Who heals you." (Exodus 15:26)

Jesus is the Healer; satan is the oppressor. For Acts 10:38 says "God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, Who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed by the devil."

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever. (Hebrews 13:8)

Jesus came that I may have life and have it in its fullness. (John 10:10)

God desires that I prosper and be in health. (3 John 2)

My God is supplying all I need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

The Lord is my Helper. I will not be afraid. (Hebrews 13:6)

God says in His Word in Joel 3:10, "Let the weak say, I am strong." I am strong in the Lord.

God says in His Word in Isaiah 33:24, "The inhabitant will not say, I am sick." Therefore I will not say it. I will say what God has said in His Word, "By His wounds I have been healed." (1 Peter 2:24)

Jesus says in Mark 11:23, "whoever says to this mountain, `Be removed, and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will come to pass, he will have whatever he says." Therefore, mountain of sickness, be removed from me, and be cast into the sea. You have to because I command it in the authority of Jesus' Name.

According to Jesus, since I do not doubt in my heart, but I believe those things I say will come to pass, I will have what I say. Therefore, by faith, I will say these confessions.

Hebrews 3:1 and 4:14 say Jesus is the High Priest of my confession, so I will only speak words that I desire Jesus to say about me.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Therefore I will speak words of life. Jesus says in John 6:63 that His words are life, so I will speak them. (Proverbs 18:21)

When I speak God's Word I am planting good seed in my life. (Luke 8:11)

I will hold fast to the confession of God's Word without wavering, for He Who promised is faithful. (Hebrews 10:23; Hebrews 4:14)

I do not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but I am fully convinced that what He has promised He is also able to perform. (Romans 4:20,21)

I am not weak in faith, so I do not consider my own body above what God has said. (Romans 4:19)

I do not put my confidence in the flesh. (Philippians 3:3)

I'm not moved by what I feel. I'm not moved by what I see. For I "walk by faith, not by sight." (2 Corinthians 5:7) I'm moved only by what I believe. I believe the Word of God.

Father, your Word is truth. (John 17:17)

I will give attention to God's words, I will incline my ear to His sayings. I will not let them depart from my eyes. I will keep them in my heart. They are life to me for I have found them, and they are health, healing and medicine to all my flesh. (Proverbs 4:20-22)

Pleasant words are health, healing and medicine to my bones. (Proverbs 16:24)

God's Word of grace builds me up and gives me my inheritance. (Acts 20:32)

Jesus says if I continue in His Word, I will know the truth, and the truth will make me free. (John 8:31-32)

I have been called to freedom. (Galatians 5:13)

Because I am Christ's, I am a child of Abraham, and according to Jesus in Luke 13:16, I ought to be loosed from all bondage today (because God shows no partiality. Acts 10:34) (Galatians 3:7,29)

I am God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 2:10)

I am a new creation in Christ Jesus. Old things have passed away. All things have become new and all things are of God. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

I am complete in Jesus, Who is the head of all rule and authority. (Colossians 2:10)

My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit Who is in me, and I am not my own. I am bought at a price. So I will glorify God in my body and my spirit. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

I present my body to God as a living sacrifice. (Romans 12:1)

Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law, which includes all sickness. So I forbid all sickness and disease in my body. Every disease germ and virus that touches my body dies instantly. Every cell, organ, member, and system of my body functions perfectly, and I forbid any malfunction, in the supreme authority of the Name of Jesus. (Galatians 3:13; Deuteronomy 28:61; Matthew 16:19; Philippians 2:9)

My Father has made me able to be a partaker of my inheritance. He has delivered me from the authority of darkness, and has translated me into the kingdom of His dear Son, in Whom I have my redemption through His blood. (Colossians 1:12-14)

I am an overcomer and I overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony. (1 John 4:4; Revelation 12:11)

I am submitted to God by being submitted to His Word, and the devil flees from me because I resist him in the supreme authority of the Name of Jesus. (James 4:7; Mark 16:17)

No weapon formed against me shall prosper, for my righteousness is of the Lord. (Isaiah 54:17; 1 Corinthians 1:30)

There shall nothing evil happen to me, neither shall any plague or sickness come near me. (Psalm 91:10)

Jesus gave me authority over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt me. (Luke 10:19; Mark 16:17)

I do not return evil for evil, but on the contrary blessing, that I may obtain a blessing. (1 Peter 3:9)

I forgive others freely as God has forgiven me. I don't hold anything against anyone. (Ephesians 4:32; Mark 11:25)

I refrain my tongue from evil. I turn away from evil and do good. I seek peace and pursue it. So I will love life and see good days. (1 Peter 3:10,11)

I have a merry heart and that does me good like medicine. (Proverbs 17:22)

I have cast all my cares on the Lord for He cares for me. I refuse to worry about anything. (1 Peter 5:7)

I serve the Lord my God, and He blesses my bread, and my water, and He has taken sickness away from me. For Jesus, Himself, took my infirmities and bare my sicknesses away. (Exodus 23:25; Matthew 8:17)

Surely He has borne my sicknesses and carried my pains, yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for my transgressions, He was bruised for my iniquities, the chastisement for my peace was upon Him, and by His stripes I am healed. (Isaiah 53:4,5)

Christ my passover was sacrificed for me. So all sickness and death has to pass over me and my household. (1 Corinthians 5:7; Exodus 12)

I am blessed above all people. The Lord has taken away from me all sickness. (Deuteronomy 7:14,15)

God sent His Word and healed me, and delivered me from destruction. (Psalm 107:20)

The number of my days God will fulfill. (Exodus 23:26)

Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy Name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all my iniquities, Who heals all my diseases, Who redeems my life from destruction, Who crowns me with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies my mouth with good things, so that my youth is renewed like the eagle's. (Psalm 103:1-5)

JESUS LOVES ME!
Afterword
God has already made provision for your healing and health. You receive that provision by faith.

Your faith will grow as you confess these statements from God's Word. As you continue to boldly confess them, in agreement with what God has said, they will become manifest in your life. It is as certain as a seed bringing forth a harvest after its kind.

Thank God for it!

Do Not Give up Christian Sisters and Brothers!

Do Not Give up Christian Sisters and Brothers!

There are times when we feel like we should give up...but I am here to day to tell you... DO NOT Give up!!!! You need to move back, you see... you are too frustrated, you need to let God have his way, let him bless in your life, let him move in your life, and be still....and know that he is God. "Be still, and know that I am God . . ." (Ps. 46:10)

Praise God like never before, your trying of your faith is what takes you to another level in Christ!!! If you are still in the same faith, if your praise is the same praise, you are not moving up in Christ, your faith is not growing... you are still in the mud with a swine of pigs...God's people must continue to move and grow in their daily walk with him, and within that daily walk with him your faith will continue to grow because you are walking on spiritual water, you are stepping out on faith, and allowing God to lead you!!!!!

When you are going through trials... Your faith is being tested....Count it all joy...Rejoice!!! " Count it all joy, my brothers and my sisters, [1] when you meet trials of various kinds, 3 for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. 4 And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." (James 1:2-4)

Many Christian believe the road will be easy but a Christian walk is not easy, but it is easier walk with God than a walk with Satan, it is easier when you are walking with Christ, it is easier to serve a living God, a God that cares, an all-knowing God that provides for us. No one said the road would be easy...

Christians, we must be strong!!!!! Your life is being changed everyday....God your shepherd is looking over you each day, his angels have charge over you each day....
For it is written: "'He will command his angels concerning you to guard you carefully;" ( Luke 4: 10)"For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;" (Psalm 91:11)

In all of your ways does not mean all of your bad habits, all of your sins, all of your evil thoughts, or wicked and evil deeds...it means as you grow with Christ, he shall be within you, and every where you go as a Christian, God will continue to walk with you, and as he walks with you mercy and goodness shall follow you, and if you abide in Christ, he will abide in you.

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. ABIDE IN ME, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. IF YE ABIDE IN ME, AND MY WORDS ABIDE IN YOU, YE SHALL ASK WHAT YE WILL, AND IT SHALL BE DONE UNTO YOU. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love. This is my commandment, that ye LOVE ONE ANOTHER, as I HAVE LOVED YOU. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. These things I command you, that ye love one another.” (John 15:1-17)

Christians,
you can overcome your situations, you can overcome fear, you can overcome worry, depression, doubt, and chaos...Why??? or How??? Read below...
“But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us” (Romans 8:37, NASB 1995). “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith” (1 John 5:4, NASB 1995).

Finally, Rejoice in the Lord!!! Praise him daily, let Praise come out of your mouth!!! Be String in the Lord, Do not give up, sing a praise song, hum a praise song...continue to pray, continue to read the word of God, continue to talk to our father who is in heaven...he is listening, he is waiting to hear your cry, he wants you to call upon his name.

" Get READY!!!!!!!!"

Get Ready!!!!! Get Ready!!!!!!! Get Ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God is turning around a lot of things in our lives and your life too!!! :-)

Introducing a new look! A new mission and a new vision of our ministry!!!
God has instructed us to take a new direction for our ministry, and we have been obdient to God's calling and his instructions! We have met the change and we ask that you pray for us as we continue to complete this process. Please be patient with us!!!!! God is not through with us!!!!!!!

Here is our vision and mission :-)

Vision:

God's Vision for Our Ministry

God’s mission for this ministry was designed to acquire and instruct Christians in using praise as their battle cry, how to seek the wisdom and guidance that God has for their lives, and how to acquire lost souls and bring them to Christ. This website was designed to give Christians an alternative to websites and blogs that are not Christ like, and are negative, or demeaning to Christians. We welcome you and your family to our ministry and we pray that God will allow this ministry to bless and strengthen your Christian walk with Christ! We welcome non-believers who want to know more about God and we are very pleased to help you become a Christian and remain a Christian.
Our Mission:

God's Mission for Our Ministry

God gave this ministry to Minister Spearman because he wanted his children to learn that praise is a mighty weapon of warfare. Too often we allow our circumstances to intervene and we do not use praise as a weapon, and in turn Satan will try to destroy us. If we allowed God to open our eyes and began to lift our voices in praise, we will then begin to realize that praise is an action that speaks louder than words, praise is easy to act upon during good and bad circumstances, and we must learn how to continue to lift up our battle cry which is our praise! We must continue to fight a good fight of faith and live a life that is totally surrendered to our heavenly father. God’s vision for this ministry is to open a door to allow Christians to learn more about the inheritance of praise and worship. It is our praise that will bring us out of our troubles. It is our praise that will begin our Exodus! God’s vision for this ministry is that we as Christians…sons and daughters of God will learn how to use praise as a might weapon
of warfare to defeat Satan!

Wooo HOOO!!! We thank God for this new change!!!! Yes!!!!! God is the only change that is consistent!!!! It's time to make a change!!!!! That Change is not Yes we can... IT IS YES GOD CAN!!!!!!! GOD will never fail us although sometimes man can fail, God nevers leaves us nor does he ever forsake us!!!!!! :-)

Join us!!!!! Become our prayer partner today!!!!! Email us on our website... Contact us! :-)

Visit our ministry's new website!!!

Need prayer??? Leave your prayer request on our site, Need to speak to a minister???

Your Battle Cry is Your Praise! ©

A Provision of Kingdom Living

I. What is a Battle Cry???

A. Definition

1. According to Webster’s New World College Dictionary…

A Battle Cry is a cry or a slogan used to encourage those in a battle, a struggle, or a contest.

2. According to Nation Master Encylopedia.com…

A Battle cry is a yell, chant, or a cry which is called in battle usually by the members of the same military unit.

3. It is used to invoke a religious or patriotic sentiment, and to cause intimidation on the hostile side.

B. Examples

1. First example— Historic

World War I U.S. Marines… “E-E-E- YAH-YIP!!!!!!”

2 Second Example —Contemporary

September 11th, 2001 Flight 93 passenger Todd Beamer. – “Are U Ready? Let’s Roll!”

II. The Battle Cry & Spiritual Warfare

A. The Battle Cry

1. Our battle cry is our praise!

2. We use it during spiritual warfare.

3. Scripture:

1. First Example

Joshua 6: 1-11, 14-17, 20-22

a. Joshua 6:1-11 (King James Version)

Joshua 6

1Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in.

2And the LORD said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.

3And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, and go round about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days.

4And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams' horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets.

5And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram's horn, and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall ascend up every man straight before him.

6And Joshua the son of Nun called the priests, and said unto them, Take up the ark of the covenant, and let seven priests bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the LORD.

7And he said unto the people, Pass on, and compass the city, and let him that is armed pass on before the ark of the LORD.

8And it came to pass, when Joshua had spoken unto the people, that the seven priests bearing the seven trumpets of rams' horns passed on before the LORD, and blew with the trumpets: and the ark of the covenant of the LORD followed them.

9And the armed men went before the priests that blew with the trumpets, and the rereward came after the ark, the priests going on, and blowing with the trumpets.

10And Joshua had commanded the people, saying, Ye shall not shout, nor make any noise with your voice, neither shall any word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I bid you shout; then shall ye shout.

11So the ark of the LORD compassed the city, going about it once: and they came into the camp, and lodged in the camp.

b. Joshua 6:14-17 (King James Version)

14And the second day they compassed the city once, and returned into the camp: so they did six days.

15And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they rose early about the dawning of the day, and compassed the city after the same manner seven times: only on that day they compassed the city seven times.

16And it came to pass at the seventh time, when the priests blew with the trumpets, Joshua said unto the people, Shout; for the LORD hath given you the city.

17And the city shall be accursed, even it, and all that are therein, to the LORD: only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all that are with her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent.

c. Joshua 6:20-22 (King James Version)

20So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.

21And they utterly destroyed all that was in the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox, and sheep, and ass, with the edge of the sword.

22But Joshua had said unto the two men that had spied out the country, Go into the harlot's house, and bring out thence the woman, and all that she hath, as ye sware unto her.

d. Joshua…..

a. Joshua was obedient to God’s command. He knew God was his Commander – in- Chief

b. The Israelites followed Joshua’s orders; they marched around the city of Jericho 6 days.

They were very careful to follow Joshua’s orders, Saints; we must be obedient to God’s commands!

c. Upon the 7th day they marched around the city 7 times and upon their 7th march…

…the 7 priest blew their trumpets as loud as they could and the Israelites began to shout their battle and the city of Jericho was destroyed.

d. The only people who were saved where Rahab and her household. The Israelites were successful because they were obedient to God.

2. A Second Example

Judges 7: 18-22

a. Judges 7:18-22 (King James Version)

18When I blow with a trumpet, I and all that are with me, then blow ye the trumpets also on every side of all the camp, and say, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon.

19So Gideon, and the hundred men that were with him, came unto the outside of the camp in the beginning of the middle watch; and they had but newly set the watch: and they blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers that were in their hands.

20And the three companies blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers, and held the lamps in their left hands, and the trumpets in their right hands to blow withal: and they cried, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon.

21And they stood every man in his place round about the camp; and all the host ran, and cried, and fled.

22And the three hundred blew the trumpets, and the LORD set every man's sword against his fellow, even throughout all the host: and the host fled to Bethshittah in Zererath, and to the border of Abelmeholah, unto Tabbath.

b. Gideon

1. Gideon and 300 Israelite men were chosen by God.

God did not want any men who did not trust him and had fear in their heart.

God wanted brave soldiers!

301 men including Gideon against an army of thousands of Midianites…

Some thought it was impossible…but All things are possible with God!

2. God told Gideon to wake up, go to the camp, the victory has been won! Gideon obeyed God

and went to the camp. Gideon told his men to imitate him, and they blew their trumpets, broke

pitchers, and cried their battle cry: “THE SWORD OF THE LORD AND OF GIDEON!!!”

The Midianites thought they were outnumbered by the Israelites and ….

they ran out of their camp, yelled, and began to fight each other. They were so afraid they killed each other.

God planned this event so that we may see his glory, might, and power!

God will train us and he will instruct us in preparing for spiritual warfare!

3. Scriptures:

A. Psalm 144: 1 (KJV)

Blessed be the LORD my strength which teaches my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:

God has trained our hands for war, and our fingers have been trained for battle.

____________________________________

B. Psalm 27: 1-3

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

2When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

3Though a host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.

There is nothing to fear! God is our strength! We should remain calm and confident because our God has defeated Satan and God has proclaimed the victory!

___________________________________________

C. Romans 8: 31

31What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

_______________________________________________

D. Isaiah 54: 17

17No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

a. No weapons that are formed against us shall prosper and because we are servants of the Lord, it is our inheritance to refute every tongue that rise against us.

b. This is our vindication, declared the Lord.

III. The Armour of God

A. Questions

1. How does one prepare for battle???

B. Answer

1. Ephesians 6: 10-18

10Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11Put on the whole armor of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

18Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

1. We must wear the entire armour of God, it is a provision of kingdom living.

IV. Praise- “a provision of kingdom living!”

A. Question

Did you know that your praise is a mighty weapon of warfare?

B. Answer

1. Your praise intimidates Satan.

2. When you wake up every day, Satan should be trembling!

3. Satan should fear you because you are a mighty warrior of God!

4. Circumstances…

1. What about them???

2. No problem is too big for God to solve!

3. No storm is too big for God to dissolve

a. Don’t tell GOD how big your storm is...TELL THE STORM HOW BIG your GOD IS!!!

b. In all circumstances, we must continue to praise God! We must continue to shout our battle cry which is our praise!

1. James 1: 2-6

2My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;

3Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

4But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

5If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

6But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. _________________________________________________________

2. Psalm 121: 1-3

1I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

2My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

3He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

______________________________________________

3. 2 Timothy 1: 7

7For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

______________________________________________

We must continue to look up to Jesus who is our help, in his arms there is no fear.

In the arms of Jesus is where we will find safety, peace, and hope.

V. Closing Summary
